Turin, 12 June (LaPresse) – ‘A final agreement has not yet been reached.’ This was stated by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi to PressTV regarding the ongoing negotiations with the United States, adding that the text of the memorandum of understanding has been amended several times. ‘In the agreement, the United States commits not to start a war and not to resort to threats,’ he explained. The US and Iran, the minister added, are committed to respecting each other’s sovereignty and not interfering in internal affairs. Araghchi went on to state that Iran and the United States do not endorse the texts presented by the media, adding that none of them are “valid” and that the two sides will reach an agreement when both are satisfied.
