Rome, May 6 (LaPresse) – "The Minister of Justice, Carlo Nordio, has instructed lawyer Giulio Micioni of the Rome Bar Association to initiate civil damages proceedings against Bianca Berlinguer and Mediaset, following the dissemination of information related to the ‘Minetti case’, aired during the April 28, 2026 episode of the programme E’ sempre carta bianca." This was stated in a note from the Ministry of Justice. "These are news items and statements (for which a live denial by the Minister himself was necessary) considered damaging to the image of both the individual and the institution he represents," the note reads. "In the event of a successful civil action, any compensation awarded will be entirely donated to charity to an institution protecting minors."
