Rome, 15 June (LaPresse) – A well-informed source has told the Iranian news agency Fars that the memorandum of understanding between Tehran and Washington stipulates that Iran “will allow ships to pass” through the Strait of Hormuz “without charge” for a period of 60 days only. This – it is emphasised – means that the US would have “accepted the principle of charging fees” whilst obtaining a 60-day exemption from Iran.
