Milan, June 13. (LaPresse) – "The [Russian Armed Forces] are advancing in all directions; the enemy is unable to contain this offensive and is resorting to openly terrorist methods: they are hitting civilian targets, communications infrastructure, and passenger transport." This is what Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting on the development of Donbass and Novorossiya, which includes the occupied Ukrainian territories. The Tass agency reports this.
