Moscow, May 25 (LaPresse) – “The Russian armed forces are launching a systematic series of attacks against facilities of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex in Kyiv, including specific sites where drones are designed, manufactured, programmed and prepared for use,” the Russian Foreign Ministry announced. “The strikes will target both decision-making centers and command posts,” the statement reads. “Given that the aforementioned facilities are spread across Kyiv, we warn foreign citizens, including personnel of diplomatic missions and international organizations, to leave the city as soon as possible, and residents of the Ukrainian capital to avoid approaching military and administrative infrastructure of the Zelensky regime,” the ministry added, explaining that the Russian raids are a response to the “bloody attack carried out by the Ukrainian armed forces against the academic building and dormitory of the State Pedagogical University of Luhansk in Starobilsk on the night of May 22, using a drone, which became yet another clear demonstration of the Nazi and terrorist nature of the Kyiv regime, which deliberately attacks civilians and does not hesitate to kill children in cold blood.” “The Zelensky junta and its Western financiers, who provide the Ukrainian Armed Forces with the tools to commit crimes against our people, have shown the world their blatant contempt for international humanitarian law,” the statement added. “All this was the final straw.”
