And indiscriminate attacks on civilians. Whilst Russia openly scoffs at diplomatic efforts, we continue to strengthen Ukraine.’ This was posted on X by the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen. ‘We are finalising a €6 billion aid package for drones. And we are keeping the pressure on Russia’s war economy with increasingly severe sanctions,’ she added.
