The regime has weakened, but not to the point of collapse. There are still some active components of the system that must be addressed and targeted. When the regime is on the brink of collapse, the people will be ready to take power. It must be a coordinated campaign. We, as a nation, are doing our part, but we need outside help. Foreign aid has begun, but it should not be cut short. The regime never intended to negotiate and probably never will. The reason is that coexistence with the free world is not in their DNA. They are there to export an ideology,” he concluded.
