Paris, May 30 (LaPresse) – Flavio Cobolli defeated American Learner Tien in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2, 6-3, and reached the round of 16 at Roland Garros. Against the 18th seed, the Roman player fired up the crowd on Court Philippe Chatrier from the very first points, dominating the match from start to finish. In the round of 16 he will face American Zachary Svajda, who caused a surprise by eliminating Argentina’s Francisco Cerúndolo in five sets.
