Milan, 10 June (LaPresse) – The hearing at the Milan Supervisory Court to decide on Nicole Minetti’s probationary placement with social services is scheduled for Friday 12 June. During the hearing, the judges will take note of the pardon and the lapse of the enforcement order. Minetti’s legal team – lawyers Antonella Calcaterra, Emanuele Fisicaro and Paolo Siniscalchi – are not expected to abstain from the hearing. The Union of Criminal Chambers has in fact declared a five-day national abstention from hearings and all activities in the criminal sector, the final day being Friday 12 June. Nicole Minetti will not be present at the hearing.
