Milan, 5 June (LaPresse) – Makka Sulaev has been acquitted on grounds of self-defence after stabbing her violent father to death on 1 March 2024 in Nizza Monferrato, in the province of Asti, in order to defend her mother. The Turin Court of Appeal has overturned the first-instance ruling under which Makka Sulaev, then aged 18, had been sentenced to nine years and four months in prison for killing her father, Akhyad.
