Milan, 15 April (LaPresse) – The war in the Middle East “has already had an impact on our exports, particularly in the luxury sector, to countries such as the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain, which are facing the nightmare of Iranian attacks. When the world is gripped by war, people find it harder to buy luxury goods. We must hope that the conflict ends as soon as possible, otherwise the repercussions will be particularly severe. If the conflict persists, it will be absolutely necessary to suspend the Stability Pact. We cannot tie our own hands.” So said Adolfo Urso, Minister for Enterprise and Made in Italy, speaking on the sidelines of the launch event for the new training project ‘Kering Accademia per le Eccellenze’, organised by the Kering Group at Palazzo Settimanni in Florence.
