Milan, June 3 (LaPresse) – A fire broke out at an oil terminal in St. Petersburg, Russia, following an attack carried out by dozens of drones. This was reported by Ukrainska Pravda, citing the governor of the Leningrad region and the Astra channel. Drozdenko reported around 4 a.m. that three drones had been shot down over the Leningrad Oblast. Astra reported that St. Petersburg residents heard explosions and saw a fire in the city; according to some Telegram channels, it was an attack on the St. Petersburg oil terminal. Drozdenko later reported around 6 a.m. that the region had been attacked by 30 drones. Russian media also said that more than 20 departing flights were delayed or cancelled at St. Petersburg’s Pulkovo airport. Ukrainska Pravda notes that the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), which is expected to be attended by foreign business representatives, is set to begin in the city today, June 3.
