Rome, 16 May (LaPresse) – "A US Army helicopter is flying over the waters near the Strait of Hormuz to monitor merchant ships, as part of the US enforcement of the maritime blockade against Iran. As of 16 May, 78 merchant ships have been diverted and four have been detained to ensure compliance with the regulations." This was posted on X by the US Central Command, Centcom.
