Milan, 11 May (LaPresse) – In France, around twenty people have been identified who came into contact with passengers on the cruise ship MV Hondius, on board which an outbreak of hantavirus occurred. According to information from the broadcaster Bfmtv, those concerned were contacted yesterday evening. The majority of them are French nationals and have self-isolated. These people were not on board the MV Hondius, but were on flights taken by the cruise passengers. They were seated near them, either between Saint Helena and Johannesburg or between Johannesburg and Amsterdam.
