Turin, 26 April (LaPresse) – Ukraine must find the will to reach an agreement with Moscow. This was stated by Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov to the Vesti news agency. Russia “has repeatedly stated that Kyiv must find the will and take the necessary decisions to reach an agreement”, Mr Peskov said.
