Turin, 3 April (LaPresse) – A second US fighter jet has crashed in the Persian Gulf region, and the pilot, the sole person on board, has been rescued. The New York Times reports this, citing two US officials who say the A-10 Warthog attack aircraft crashed near the Strait of Hormuz at roughly the same time as a US F-15E was shot down over Iran.
