(LaPresse) – United States President Donald Trump said on his Truth social network that the Iranian president called for a ceasefire before his speech to the American people. "The president of the new Iranian regime, much less radicalized and much more intelligent than his predecessors, has just asked the United States of America for a ceasefire!", Trump wrote, "we will evaluate the situation when the Strait of Hormuz is open, free and safe. Until then, we are destroying Iran or, as they say, we are returning it to the Stone Age!!!".
