Turin, 31 March (LaPresse) – Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi confirmed to Al Jazeera that there have been exchanges of messages with the United States, either directly or via contacts in the region. “I receive messages directly” from US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, “as before, and this does not mean that we are in negotiations,” he said. “There is no truth in the claim that negotiations are taking place with any party in Iran.” The minister added that Tehran has not taken any decision regarding negotiations with the United States and that it has reservations on the matter.
