Rome, 30 March (LaPresse) – In an exclusive interview with Al Jazeera, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio described the situation surrounding the new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamemei, as “opaque”. “We don’t even know if he is in power. I know they say he is, but nobody has seen him. It is not entirely clear how decisions are made within Iran,” he said.
