Kyiv, Mar 16 (LaPresse) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky received Sean Penn today in Kyiv. The American actor won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for Devotion After Devotion but skipped the ceremony yesterday. “Sean, thanks to you we know what it means to be a true friend of Ukraine,” Zelensky wrote on X. “You have stood by Ukraine since the first day of the full-scale war. And you still do today. We know you will continue to stand by our country and our people,” he added.
