Iran: Ministry of Health Beirut, 634 dead since the start of the conflict

Rome, 11 March (LaPresse) – The Lebanese Ministry of Health has reported that 634 people have been killed and 1,586 wounded since fighting resumed after the US and Israeli attack on Iran.
