Washington (USA), Mar. 3 (LaPresse) – Donald Trump downplayed the possibility that the exiled crown prince Reza Pahlavi could take the lead of Iran. “Some people like him, and we haven’t thought about it very much,” the president said. “It seems to me that someone from within would perhaps be more appropriate,” the president stated while speaking in the Oval Office. “I guess the worst case would be that we do this and then someone takes power who is as bad as the previous one. That could happen,” Trump added. Asked who he would like to take power, the president replied: “Most of the people we had in mind are dead.”
