Rome, 3 March (LaPresse) – The United States has ammunition stocks ‘never before so high or of such high quality’ in the medium and medium-high categories. This was stated by President Donald Trump in a message on Truth. According to Trump, Washington has a ‘virtually unlimited’ supply of these weapons. ‘Wars can be fought “forever”, and with great success, using only these supplies,’ he added. As for higher-end weapons, the president acknowledged that stocks are good but ‘not where we would like to be,’ adding that additional high-level systems are stored in allied countries. Trump then criticised his predecessor Joe Biden, accusing him of allocating ‘hundreds of billions of dollars’ to Ukraine without replacing the equipment that was given away, citing Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in particular. The president finally claimed to have rebuilt the armed forces during his first term and to be continuing along these lines, arguing that the United States is ‘stocked up and ready to win, big time’.
