Washington (USA), 28 February (LaPresse) – A crowd of demonstrators gathered near the White House to protest against the American military attack on Iran. Some demonstrators held up signs reading, ‘No to bombs on Iran’ and ‘No to a new US war in the Middle East’. Slogans included ‘The people united will never be defeated’ and ‘Stop the war on Iran.’ The protest was reportedly organised by several left-wing groups, including the Freedom Road Socialist Organisation, 50501 D.C., Code Pink D.C. and the Palestinian Youth Movement.
