Milan, 13 February (LaPresse) – French President Emmanuel Macron said in his speech at the Munich Security Conference that he sees ‘peace taking shape’ in Ukraine. But, "we must continue to target the Russian shadow fleet. We must exert pressure. We can clearly see that Russia's revenues have fallen by 25%, which shows that targeting this fleet is really effective,‘ he added, ’I support Donald Trump in his desire for peace in Ukraine."
