Brussels, 5 February (LaPresse) – ‘Our conscience is clear and our patience is not unlimited. You have to understand the Russian character, as the proverb says: “Measure seven times, cut once”. We have been measuring for a long time and we are drawing conclusions’. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on the RT television channel, as reported by Interfax. According to the Russian agency, Lavrov made the statement ‘commenting on examples of goodwill on the part of Russia, including the 2025 energy ceasefire with Ukraine, when Kiev violated the agreement.’
