Rome, 3 Feb. (LaPresse) – The Paris prosecutor’s office, as part of the investigation into X, has summoned Elon Musk for next April 20 for a “voluntary hearing”. French media write this, citing a note from the prosecutor general’s office itself. French media, meanwhile, report news of a search at X’s French headquarters by the Paris prosecutor’s cybercrime unit, in collaboration with the gendarmerie’s IT unit and with Europol. The investigation is taking place following a complaint filed by MP Éric Bothorel (Ensemble!) on January 12, 2025.
