Washington (USA), Jan. 27 (LaPresse) – U.S. President Donald Trump stated that Alex Pretti, the 37‑year‑old protester killed in Minneapolis by federal agents, was not a killer, but added that protesters “cannot have weapons” like Pretti and that “this is a very unfortunate incident.” “No,” Trump responded when he was asked if Pretti was a “killer” as White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller has claimed on Saturday, writing on social media that he was a “killer” who “tried to kill federal agents.” The post was shared by U.S. Vice President JD Vance. “That said, you can’t have weapons. You can’t walk around with guns, you just can’t, you can’t do it. But it’s a very unfortunate incident,” Trump added.
