(LaPresse) – German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul has criticised Russia's ‘obstinate insistence’ in the talks on Ukraine in Abu Dhabi, considering it an obstacle to the peace process. Wadephul highlighted Russia's unwillingness to compromise following talks on Ukraine between representatives of Ukraine, Russia and the United States. After the weekend negotiations, he mainly perceived ‘stubborn insistence on the part of Russia on the crucial territorial issue,’ Wadephul said during a visit to Riga.
