Rome, 27 December (LaPresse) – Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a visit to one of the joint armed forces command centres, said that, ‘judging by the pace of the military operation,’ ‘if Kiev does not intend to end the conflict by peaceful means, Russia will resolve all issues by force.’ This was reported by Interfax. Putin went on to say that ‘intelligent people have appeared in the West who are recommending that the authorities in Kiev accept dignified conditions to end the conflict and are providing good basic conditions to ensure Ukraine's security in the long term, the conditions for restoring relations with the Russian Federation and the recovery of the Ukrainian economy.’ ‘But we see that even today, unfortunately, the leaders of the Kiev regime are in no hurry to resolve this conflict by peaceful means,’ Putin added.
