Rome, 27 December (LaPresse) – Over 40% of residential buildings in Kiev and part of the Obukhiv district in the Kiev region were left without electricity and heating following the Russian attack on critical infrastructure. This was reported by Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba, according to local media reports. ‘An unprecedented attack on critical infrastructure caused a temporary blackout and left more than 40% of residential buildings in Kiev and part of the Obukhiv district without heating.
