Miami, Dec. 21 (LaPresse) – Kirill Dmitriev, special representative of Russian President Vladimir Putin and chief executive officer of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, described as constructive the negotiations on the Ukrainian solution held in Miami, Florida, with the special representative of U.S. President Steven Witkoff and the American leader’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner. This was reported by the Tass agency. “The discussions are proceeding in a constructive manner,” he told Russian journalists. Talks aimed at trying to put an end to the war in Ukraine “started earlier and will also continue on Sunday,” the Russian envoy in Miami added. A high-level Ukrainian delegation is also present in the Florida city; however, no direct talks between representatives of Moscow and Kyiv are planned, according to CNN.
