Otherwise, there will be a big problem for Ukraine.‘ Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said this regarding decisions on frozen Russian assets ahead of the EU summit. ’This is a war, we need this money, we need such a decision to support our army and our defence industry," he told reporters, as quoted by the Unn agency.
