Sydney (Australia), 15 Dec. (LaPresse/AP) – Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has proposed stricter national gun laws in the wake of the shooting at Bondi Beach in Sydney, which left at least 15 people dead. Albanese announced that he will propose new restrictions, including a limit on the number of guns a licensed person can obtain. ‘The government is prepared to take all necessary measures,’ he told reporters. ‘Among these is the need for stricter gun laws. People can become radicalised over time, so licences should not be indefinite.’
