Milan, 8 December (LaPresse) – The parties involved in resolving the conflict in Ukraine are increasingly aware of the need to operate ‘quietly’. This was stated to journalists by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov. ‘It is clear that the parties now understand more clearly that the work must be done quietly. Such work cannot be done in complete transparency. It is not constructive. Above all, it does not produce results,’ Peskov said, as quoted by the Russian news agency Tass.
