Rome, 27 November (LaPresse) – The use of forces from the “coalition of the willing” in Ukraine “is out of the question and compromises the purpose of the agreement”. This was stated by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko, as reported by Interfax. “It is absolutely out of the question and undermines the entire meaning and content of the peace agreement,” he said. According to Grushko, “the current position of the European Union is contrary to the objectives of achieving peace, which cannot be achieved without eliminating the root causes of the conflict”. “By doing so, the European Union and Europe as a whole are cutting themselves off from this process,” the deputy minister noted.
