G20 leaders' statement: ‘We are working towards a just peace in Sudan, Congo, Palestine and Ukraine’

Johannesburg (South Africa), 22 Nov. (LaPresse) – "We agree that, guided by the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter in its entirety, we will work for a just, comprehensive and lasting peace in Sudan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, the occupied Palestinian territories, Ukraine, as well as to end other conflicts and wars around the world. Only with peace can we achieve sustainability and prosperity." This is what we read in the seventh paragraph of the Leaders' Declaration adopted at the G20 in Johannesburg and published on the website of the South African Department of International Relations and Cooperation.
