Milan, 18 Nov. (LaPresse) – ‘There will be no Russian representatives in Turkey tomorrow.’ This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, responding to a question from journalists after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he will hold meetings in Turkey tomorrow to ‘reinvigorate negotiations.’ This was reported by the Russian news agency Ria Novosti. Peskov insisted, however, that Moscow is ready to negotiate. ‘For now, these contacts are taking place without Russia's participation. We will wait for information on what will actually be discussed in Istanbul,’ Peskov added.
