Rome, 18 Nov. (LaPresse) – The Russian Federation, through the words of Moscow's ambassador to the UN, Vassily Nebenzia, has stated that it cannot support the American resolution, arguing that it does not respect the principle of ‘two states, two peoples’ and improperly confers on the International Stabilisation Force powers of peace enforcement that could make it a party to the conflict.
