Rome, 1 Nov. (LaPresse) – A Russian attack has caused casualties in Mykolaiv. The attack was reportedly carried out with ballistic missiles. As reported on Telegram by the city's mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych: "There are casualties as a result of the attack. All necessary services are functioning. Russia is a terrorist country, nothing new." On the other hand, Ukrainian forces have struck and disabled the Ring oil pipeline that supplied the Russian army with fuel for military operations. This was reported by Ukrinform, citing intelligence sources.
