Milan, 20 October (LaPresse) – The Louvre Museum in Paris announced today that it will reopen, one day after the ‘heist of the century’ in which several ‘priceless’ jewels were stolen. Visitors are expected to arrive starting at 9 a.m. However, the Louvre has announced that some ‘parts are currently inaccessible to the public,’ without specifying which ones. This was reported by the broadcaster Bfmtv. In yesterday's theft, eight pieces of jewellery from the Napoleonic era were stolen from the Galerie d'Apollon.
