After Russia sabotaged the diplomatic process initiated by President Trump, the White House is seeking a new path to peace. The Ukrainian delegation in Washington,‘ led by the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, Andrii Yermak, and Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko, ’is presenting a strategy to increase the cost of war for the aggressor. The tools are well known: cruise missiles, joint production of drones and strengthening of air defences. Attacks on oil refineries and Russian military production effectively reduce the resources available for violence'.
