Turin, 13 October (LaPresse) – Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has stated that Iran – an ally of Hamas – has declined the invitation to participate in the summit in Egypt for peace in Gaza. This was reported by the Iranian state news agency Irna. Egypt, which had formally invited the Iranian president to participate in the meeting between various world leaders, then renewed the invitation, to which it is unclear whether Iran has responded.
