Milan, 2 October (LaPresse) – According to the BBC, mediators have contacted the head of Hamas' military wing in Gaza, who has stated that he does not agree with the new US ceasefire plan. Izz al-Din al-Haddad is convinced that the plan was designed to put an end to Hamas, regardless of whether the group accepts it or not, and is therefore determined to continue fighting.
