Milan, Sept. 24 (LaPresse) – Russia is “not a paper tiger,” as U.S. President Donald Trump described it yesterday in a post on the social platform Truth. This was stated by Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov in an interview with RBC. “Russia is not a tiger at all. After all, Russia is more commonly associated with a bear. There are no ‘paper bears’, and Russia is a real bear,” Peskov said. “President Putin has repeatedly described our bear in various ways and with different emotions—you can recall that yourselves. There is nothing ‘paper’ here; Russia maintains its resilience and macroeconomic stability.”
