Rome, Sept. 18 (LaPresse) – According to reports from Israeli media, a shooting occurred at the Allenby crossing, controlled by Israel, between central West Bank and Jordan. An "assailant" was reportedly "neutralized." Following the attack, two Israeli citizens died. This was announced by Magen David Adom (Red Star of David). According to initial reports from Israeli media, the alleged assailant had arrived from Jordan aboard a humanitarian aid truck bound for the Gaza Strip. As reported by Channel 12, the man was involved in transferring humanitarian aid to Gaza and had an Israeli permit.
