Milan, 14 September (LaPresse) – Ukrainian forces have regained control of the village of Filia in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, which was briefly occupied by Russian troops during their incursion into the region. This was announced in September by Oleksii Bielskyi, spokesperson for the Dnipro Strategic Operational Group, according to reports in the Kyiv Independent. Units of Ukraine's Skelya regiment have restored Ukrainian control over Filia. “Good news today… Filiia, in the Dnipropetrovsk oblast, has been liberated from the enemy,” Bielskyi said during a television broadcast.
