Washington (USA), 11 September (LaPresse) – In his speech at the Pentagon on the 24th anniversary of the 11 September attacks, Donald Trump also referred to the recent name change for the Department of Defence. ‘If you attack the United States of America, we will hunt you down and find you,’ Trump said. ‘We will crush you without mercy and triumph without hesitation, which is why we have renamed the former Department of Defence the Department of War,’ the US president said. "Everyone wanted it. Everyone is so happy to have it back," added the tycoon. This year's ceremony at the Pentagon was moved at the last minute from the outside, where it traditionally takes place, to an internal courtyard of the large building. No explanation was given, but it is believed that the decision was made for security reasons, following the assassination of right-wing influencer Charlie Kirk.
