Turin, 10 September (LaPresse) – British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has described Russia's violation of Polish airspace as “outrageous and unprecedented” and “extremely reckless”. “This morning's barbaric attack on Ukraine and the outrageous and unprecedented violation of Polish and NATO airspace by Russian drones are deeply concerning,” he said, according to The Guardian. ‘This was an extremely reckless act by Russia, which only serves to remind us of President Putin's blatant disregard for peace and the constant bombardment that innocent Ukrainians are subjected to every day.’ "This morning, I was in contact with the Polish Prime Minister to reiterate our support for Poland and to confirm that we will remain steadfast in our support for Ukraine. My sincere thanks go to NATO and Polish forces who reacted quickly to protect the Alliance. Together with our partners, and through our leadership of the Coalition of the Willing, we will continue to increase pressure on Putin until a just and lasting peace is achieved," he concluded.
