Turin, 10 September (LaPresse) – Approximately 150,000 Palestinians have been evacuated from Gaza City, including tens of thousands in the last 24 hours alone. This is according to estimates by Israeli defence officials, as reported by the Times of Israel. Yesterday, for the first time, the IDF ordered the entire city of Gaza to evacuate immediately, in view of an imminent offensive against Hamas. On Sunday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that 100,000 people had left Gaza City, out of an estimated one million who reside in the city.
